All I can say is that these kids would have gotten soaked. I would have used that time waiting for water to put a solid tip nozzle on the line and opened it up on these idiot kids! Your thoughts?

That was definitely another observation of mine. I would have parked to block traffic in this situation. There is no sense in operating that close to traffic, therefore we have to remove the threat!
