Fire was 3yrs ago, and it looks like CFD awarded a contract to put everyone in turnout gear that same year. I am fairly positive that they are no longer allowed to wear the cool old gear. I am planning a walking tour the end of Jan/beginning of Feb of some station houses. I'll ask then.
