2 Alarm Fire in Glendale, California

At 0130 hrs. on November 27, 2010 Glendale, California Fire Dept. units arrived on scene reporting heavy smoke and fire showing from a two-story hillside single family dwelling in the 800 block of Brockmont Drive. The blaze quickly self-ventilated and a second alarm was soon requested. Flames could be seen from miles away as crews battled to extinguish the blaze. No injuries were reported.

    No way! I was in LA that morning and saw the smoke. Even though there were no injuries, I imagine it’s incredibly devastating having your home gutted by a fire like that.
