This occurred on August 1st in Cameo Shores, Newport Beach, California. The video and audio on this clip is awesome. These guys did one hell of a job rescuing this guy!

They did a pretty good job making that grab. He was a big fella, and that was a small car.
Good job by the rescuers; hauling him out while keeping head straight; keeping him sitting rather than lying; assessing his orientation. Hope the driver wasn’t seriously injured.
