Virginia Beach Fire Investigators arrested Christopher J. Masino, 19, for making false fire alarms. Charges include five felony counts of Communicating a False Fire Alarm and 7 misdemeanor counts of Communicating a Call for Emergency Services without Cause.

Masino serves as a Volunteer Fire Support Technician with the Virginia Beach Fire Department. Masino was not certified as a firefighter.
