In an effort to get us all to scratch our heads this morning, these idiots decide to power a merry-go-round with a car. The good news is they were uninjured, the bad news is they were uninjured.
This previous video shows that the moped is a more efficient way of powering a merry-go-round. The good news is that I believe the girls in this video made a full recovery, the bad news is that the other idiots were uninjured. This is also known as the roundabout girls video. As far as I have researched, no one was killed in this stunt. Link here
Hey readers….both of you…I am behind, way behind. I am condensing a bunch of stuff into one post.
Follow along…
Monday Morning Shoutout - This weeks Monday Morning Shoutout (delivered on Tuesday) goes to Pedro the Paramedic. I have enjoyed this blog for some time now. I am a huge fan of pics and vids, Pedro apparently is not. He has some pics and vids, but a lot is text. Either way, his style of writing captivates me in a way unlike a picture book. Check him out sometime if you haven’t already!
Tuesday Morning Job Security Check this is sometimes posted in the morning, but who is really paying that close attention to when whatever happens. This weeks TMJSC is just a humerous montage of video:
Funeral Coverage - Full coverage and images of the funeral for Roanoke Fire-EMS Department Captain Chris Brown are available over at RoanokeFire.com. Check out the images and a couple videos from the local news channels. Yes, that is the Fire Critic’s handy work behind the camera…I am getting better.
Fire Critic Apparel – Finally, if you are looking for the Fire Critic Apparel the link is here. I apologize for leaving it out of the sidebar. I will be adding it soon enough. Check out the shirts, mugs, aprons, etc.
Ok, it isn’t actually morning anymore is it. Who cares….I write the rules. This weeks Tuesday Morning Job Security Check offers two photos. Both of which show people who keep us in business! God love them!
Today’s images come from Habeeb.com. The site isn’t well done, but it does have pretty decent images.
No, they aren’t dressed in drag. Sorry to burst your bubble. Actually, I think I have seen a successful attempt at what they are trying. However, I have successfully done what they appear to be doing ONCE. Yeah, I think it was Senior prom….it was great!
You might be asking yourself why this fits under the title “Job Security Check”. Well the answer is because if indeed this was a female firefighter being dry humped against her will……..just watch the video. This guy gets it all wrong! Talk about protection!
This weeks Tuesday Morning Job Security Check ( I really need an acronym for that…TMJSC) is “Drifting”.
Apparently this “drifting” is really big over in Saudi Arabia. I am not sure why looking at some of these videos. I am sure this would be really fun on a closed course without the possibility of killing or maiming anyone but myself. Anyways, they are keeping someone employed somewhere…the tow service, the first responders, the junk yard, nurses, doctors, and car dealers! I am sure there are worse videos out there of people drifting, but these are pretty bad!
Yes indeed, out of control fans can cause big problems for first responders. In today’s Tuesday Morning Job Security Check we find ourselves looking at a guy who has climbed a street sign only to realize that his reflexes are a little off when bottles start getting thrown at him.
This weeks Tuesday Morning Job Security Check goes to this drunk guy who runs square into the back of an ambulance. This is an oldie but a definitely worth it if you haven’t seen it.
This weeks Tuesday Morning Job Security Check goes to stupid crooks. I looked around for various videos, but I kept coming back to this one. It is priceless!
259 cars were involved in a huge motor vehicle collision on the German Autobahn. Technically there isn’t a speed limit on the road, but there are sections which have restrictions. Maybe that is why we have speed limits in the States. 259 cars is a lot of vehicles. An incident of that magnitude should definitely be handled as a mass causality incident. Think about it. If every car held an average of two passengers, that is over 500 potential victims.
There is one unique thing about motorcycles. They will get you “there” quicker than most other things. Where is “there” you might ask? “There” is the scene of the crash. Certain injury and maybe even death may soon follow. There are two reasons why I don’t have a motorcycle. One, I cannot afford it and two, up to this point I have enjoyed life walking on two legs.
For your enjoyment I offer you a motorcycle crash compilation. You will notice one thing, these guys take it to an all new level.
Since we aren’t too far removed from the fireworks of July 4th, I thought I would share one more fireworks explosion. This guy made it away with his life…barely. NEVER stick your head directly over the top of a firework. That is like staring down the barrel of a gun in the hand of someone suffering from epilepsy.
In this installment of the Tuesday Morning Job Security Check, we find out the lengths that the younger folk will go to keep us employed. Isn’t it such a waste that these kids either can’t vote yet, don’t vote, or don’t hold office. I can see it now…This kid realizing in the wake of brownouts and layoffs that he might have to wait longer for emergency care.
You the call for a 17 y.o. kid ejected from a single vehicle collision with a telephone pole. Pt. is laying on the ground with whatever symptoms come with a basilar skull fracture. I believe this is what the kids call “Ghost Riding”. I am sure he had fun explaining this accident to his parents.
Here is a new installment for you all… The Tuesday morning job security check. We will feature idiots from across the globe who go above and beyond in proving that our jobs will never cease to exist. Be it medically related, fire related, or both we will be here every Tuesday to bring you a new class of idiot! Enjoy!
